WMA pilot questions
Who can take part?
The pilot is for 10 selected adult participants in Germany. After your enquiry, Marija gets in touch with you personally.
What does WMA cover?
WMA covers postage within Germany. Product selection, other terms and duration are agreed in writing before the start. No required follow-up order.
How do I start?
Start with a short enquiry. Choose your participation format in the initial form. Address and counselling details are discussed after selection. Save your private access link.
Which arrangements can I choose?
Post with written guidance only, post with an optional phone/video call, or handover in Mainz and the surrounding area. Counselling is an optional bonus.
How long does the test take?
Marija agrees the duration and details individually with you before the start.

Is feedback required?
Yes, your honest feedback is part of it – delighted, mixed or critical, every experience counts. Give feedback through your private access after actual receipt.
May my feedback be published?
Only with separate voluntary permission for the exact wording, optional display name and individually selected channels. Anonymous quotes are possible. Permissions can be withdrawn; newsletters are separate.
Are opened products shared?
No, your samples are just for you. Use them as described on the original packaging.
