The balanced fiber capsules with chromium are ideal in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Forever Lean contains three ingredients that support an active lifestyle. 1. FIBER MATERIALS FROM THE Prickly Pear The first of these substances is a unique fiber obtained from the prickly pear Opuntia ficus-indica. The prickly pear cactus is widespread in Mexico, Australia and the Mediterranean. In southern Italy, for example, prickly pears belong in every fruit bowl and are very popular as a refreshing dessert. The fiber from the prickly pear binds fats particularly well. 2. KIDNEY BEAN PROTEINS The second ingredient in Forever Lean is a protein derived from the kidney bean. This common bean owes its name to its characteristic shape, which is reminiscent of a kidney. In Central and South America it is one of the most important staple foods due to its high protein content. 3. CHROME The third ingredient is chromium (III) chloride. Chromium is an extremely important trace element for sugar balance. It is found in high levels in mussels, Brazil nuts and oysters. Other foods are usually far away from this amount of chromium, so Forever Lean is a balanced alternative. A dietary supplement with chromium.
