Start with a short enquiry. Choose your participation format in the initial form. Your address and counselling details are discussed after selection. Keep your private access link safe; it shows your current status.

  1. Delivery by post with written support through the forms only. No phone or video conversation is required.
  2. Delivery by post with optional phone or video counselling as a bonus.
  3. Personal handover in Mainz and the surrounding area with optional counselling as a bonus.

Honest feedback is part of taking part. Delighted, mixed or critical: every experience counts. If something doesn't suit you, just let Marija know.

Your feedback stays private unless you separately and voluntarily allow publication. Only the exact wording and display name you approve may appear on the individual channels you select. A blank display name means an anonymous quote. You can withdraw permission for future use. Newsletter signup and publication permission are separate choices.

Your samples are just for you. Use them as described on the original packaging; Marija is happy to answer any questions.
